The main skills of the BlizzOrb build are Frozen Orb and Blizzard. You won’t have enough skill points to finish this build. After finishing your Cold Mastery, you should spend your remaining skill points on Warmth or Static Field. You need to distribute more skill points on the Cold Mastery skill - up to -195% to enemy cold resistance, including the extra all-skill bonuses.
The basic Blizzard build can be completed by Lv. Here is the endgame for the Blizzard, Frozen Orb, and BlizzOrb Sorceress. More unique builds have become possible, while some builds remained strong or have become even stronger.
